Our coached sessions take place at the local running track, on the sea front, around Hastings and cross country.
Our Monday and Wednesday evening sessions are a great way to introduce yourself to the joys of track running. They’re led by Terry Skelton, Head Coach, and held at the Ark William Parker Athletics Track, Hastings TN34 2NT. All abilities are welcome – one of the joys of track sessions is that no matter the speed of the participants, everyone is always within sight, so complete beginners can be sure they won’t get left behind.
On Monday evenings at 5:00we have coached track and field sessions for juniors and adults.
On Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:15 we have coached road sessions for adults of all abilities.
On Wednesday evenings at 5:30 we have coached track and field sessions for juniors and adults.
On Wednesday evenings at 6:30 we have coached track sessions for adults.
On Friday evenings at 4:30 we have coached sprinting, jumping and field events for juniors and adults.
On Saturday mornings at 08:00 we have off-road sessions and/or field event sessions at 09:00.
On Sunday morning at 08:00 we have a coached long road runs for adults with different distances to suit all abilities.
From kids and beginners to elites we have the training groups and coaches for you, the choice is yours. Pop down to the track at 5pm on a Monday or 5:30pm on a Wednesday or Friday and introduce yourselves, make contact via our Facebook page or our website contact form.
Our pole vaulters get specialised training in Lewes.
Once kids become members they can train for free, thanks to the fabulous support from our local sponsors.
